Your task:

  • Organize and conduct product-specific and process-oriented training for employees and external strategic partners
  • Coordination of the education system, preparation of training materials online and offline as well
  • Checking the level of knowledge acquired, developing an examination system
  • Cooperation with the education department in the german headquarter
  • Reporting tasks

Your background:

  • A degree in economy or HR
  • 1+ year trainer experience in a manufacturing company
  • English knowledge at negotiation level
  • Outstanding MS Office knowledge
  • Technical affinity
  • Advanced digital skills, knowledge of current trends
  • Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer - centric approach, high degree of independence and responsibility
  • Driving licence category „ B”, willingness to travel ( 3-4 time in  a year)
